Enjoy the journey, leave everything to us
We’ll handle the details of your home construction project, so you can focus on what really matters – enjoying the end result. Our turnkey service includes everything in our standard service of pre-construction planning, design, and construction, plus site preparation and permitting. So you don’t have to worry about a thing. Sit back, relax, and watch your dream home become a reality with Inspire Homes.
Before any construction can begin, the site needs to be properly prepared. This is part of our turnkey service where we’ll take care of all the necessary site preparation work, including clearing the land, grading the terrain, excavation, and installing any necessary infrastructure (e.g., utilities, drainage systems, etc.).
With our turnkey service, we’ll handle all the necessary permits and approvals required by your local authorities, ensuring that your custom home is built according to all the relevant codes and regulations. Our team will take care of all the paperwork and procedures, so you don’t have to worry about a thing.
If you choose to use our included standard service, site preparation and permitting will be your responsibility as the homeowner. But don’t worry, your Inspire Preconstruction Manager will be there to guide you through the process and answer any questions you may have. At Inspire Homes, we are committed to making your home building experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Preconstruction planning and design
As part of our standard service we work with you to understand your vision, budget, and timeline, and then develop a comprehensive plan that meets your needs. This includes creating detailed designs and drawings, selecting materials and finishes, and identifying any potential issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process.
Construction – Foundation to Finish
Once everything is in place, we begin the construction process. Our team will take care of everything, including pouring the foundation, framing, roofing, electrical and plumbing installation, and finishing work.
